I'm a Doodle Professional user. Why do I still see ads?

You might have created the poll without being logged in to your Doodle account.

When using Doodle Professional, always make sure you are logged into your Doodle account before creating a poll. 

It could also be that your subscription has expired. Check your Doodle account settings to ensure you have an active Doodle Professional subscription.
