Viewing your subscription details and invoices

With a Team or Enterprise subscription, you can access the admin settings by clicking on your profile picture at the top right corner, and then selecting "Admin settings".

The actions you can take under the "subscription" tab depend on your subscription type. Select your subscription type below.

From the admin, settings click on “Subscription” on the left side menu.

Here you can request to make changes to your current plan (such as the number of subscription seats, payment method, renewal, etc.) You will shortly get in touch with our Sales team to adjust your subscription as needed.

Under this tab, you can also check when your subscription is up for renewal, and change your billing contact information. You can also access and download all your previous invoices.

From the admin settings click on “Subscription” on the left side menu.

Here you can change your current plan, and enable/disable auto-renewal. You can also change your payment method and your billing contact information. 

You will also be able to see all your previous invoices and download them if needed.
