How do I add a host to my booking page, or book on behalf of others?

You can add several hosts to your booking page with a Teams or Enterprise subscription. The booking page will check the availability of you and the additional hosts when offering time slots to the participant. Once a meeting has been booked, both you and the additional hosts will be invited to the calendar event.

If you are booking on behalf of someone else, and you don't want your availability to be considered and don't want to be invited to the booked event yourself, you can set this up with the book on behalf feature.

Check out the short video below, or keep reading for more information on how to add hosts or book on behalf of others with your booking page.

Adding hosts to your booking page

1. Click on the three vertical dots next to your booking page and then on "edit". (If you haven’t created a booking page yet, click on "create booking page and follow our step-by-step guide for setting up a booking page)
